*Sweat is inspired off of the @transformationtribe17 programming. Sweat will be a 45 minute fat melting muscle chiseling dumbbell and bodyweight workout! Hands down the best way to lean out your midsection is this program! If you are looking to trim and create energy this is for you! We will be limiting it to 30 people the first month for quality purposes. It will be free for all existing Blur members.
